Do I need a Support Plan?

No! We can help no matter what. Without a support plan we can’t offer a service level agreement and cant guarentee how fast we can jump in and help but even if you are in the middle of an issue we will be able to help!

How much do you charge?

There are many variables such as the skill level needed, software to be covered, coverage time, SLA and many more. The standard, non contract, in hours hourly rate is £100 and this is typically the ‘worse case scenario’.

How much experience do you have with Linux?

We have been running linux systems and services on top of them for over 25 years. Starting with running hosting servers before progressing into running a wide gamut of software for businesses.

How do you access my servers?

We can SSH straight to them, we can use most VPN technologies or even do screen sharing sessions. It just depends on your needs, we are flexible!
